The Biochemistry & Molecular Biology (BMB) program at UMass Amherst offers a rigorous and exciting major designed for motivated undergraduates who want a program that emphasizes faculty contact and hands-on research. All BMB majors have a faculty member as an academic advisor, and the BMB curriculum requires that all of our majors participate in authentic laboratory research their senior year.
